Return and Refund Policy

Stybee®Return & Refund Policy

Stybee®At Stybee, we're committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please contact our Customer Care team at stybeehair@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached

  • Lace must be uncut and untrimmed

  • Hair color must be unchanged (no dyeing or bleaching)

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used wigs or hair products

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us within 7 days at stybeehair@outlook.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the item(s)

  2. Wait for Approval (within 24 hours)

    • We'll email a prepaid return label (US customers only)

    • International customers: We'll reimburse return shipping up to $15 (with receipt)

  3. Ship It Back within 7 days of approval

    • Include all original packaging and accessories

  4. Get Refunded within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times:

    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days

    • PayPal: 3-5 business days

    • AfterPay/Sezzle: 3-5 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for wrong items sent by us)

3. Exchanges

Want a different color or style? Follow the return process above and:

  • Specify your desired exchange item

  • Pay any price difference + new shipping fees

  • We'll ship your new item within 3 business days after receiving your return

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (marked "non-returnable")

  • Custom/wigs (made-to-order)

  • Opened hair care products

5. Damaged or Wrong Items?

Contact us immediately with photos at stybeehair@outlook.com. We'll:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund (including shipping)
